At Eldeot & Jacob Consulting, our Global Health Advisory services are designed to improve population health and accelerate progress toward Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). We provide strategic, evidence-informed guidance to development partners, governments, and civil society organizations working to address the world’s most pressing health challenges.

With a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of global health issues, we help our clients design, implement, and scale effective interventions that promote health equity, enhance system resilience, and respond to both long-standing and emerging threats. Our advisory work is shaped by cross-sectoral insight and a commitment to sustainable development.

OUR KEY FOCUS AREAS

We champion approaches that ensure fair and just access to healthcare, regardless of gender, socioeconomic status, geographic location, or ability. Our advisory work includes equity assessments, policy advocacy, and the design of inclusive health financing and service delivery models.

We offer technical assistance in designing nutrition-sensitive and nutrition-specific programs that address malnutrition across the life course. This includes maternal and infant nutrition, school feeding, food security interventions, and micronutrient supplementation—especially in vulnerable and high-risk populations.

We support initiatives that improve the survival, health, and well-being of women and children. Our services include designing integrated maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) programs, strengthening service delivery platforms, and ensuring access to quality antenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care—particularly in underserved communities.

We foster strategic alliances between stakeholders at local, national, and international levels to improve health outcomes and leverage resources. Our role includes facilitating multisectoral dialogue, supporting global health diplomacy, and enabling South-South and North-South knowledge exchange.

We help identify and address the upstream factors that shape health outcomes, including water and sanitation, education, housing, income, and environmental exposures. Our work focuses on integrating these determinants into policy and program design to promote long-term, holistic health improvements.

Recognizing the growing global burden of mental health conditions, we help governments and organizations integrate mental health into broader health and development agendas. Our services include strategy development, capacity building, community-based mental health programming, and advocacy for mental health equity.

We provide technical support in designing and implementing health emergency preparedness, response, and recovery strategies. This includes epidemic preparedness, rapid response mechanisms, and systems to maintain essential health services during crises such as disease outbreaks, natural disasters, or conflict situations.
